Public offer
This document is a public offer to provide the Anexica service. Registering and using the service means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms below.
1. Definitions
"Service" — the Anexica software product: the embeddable chat widget, operator panel and related features available on anexica.com and app.anexica.com. "Provider" — the legal entity providing access to the Service (details on the Contacts page). "User" — the party that has registered in the Service and accepted this offer.
2. Subject of the offer
The Provider grants the User access to the Service under the chosen plan, and the User pays for the service as described on the Payment & refunds page. Plan features are listed on the Pricing page.
3. Acceptance
Registration in the Service and/or payment for a subscription constitutes acceptance of the offer. From the moment of acceptance, a contract is concluded between the User and the Provider on the terms of this offer.
4. Price and payment
The cost of the service is determined by the chosen plan and shown on the Pricing page. Payment, auto-charging, cancellation and refund procedures are described on the Payment & refunds page.
5. Rights and obligations
The Provider undertakes to grant access to the Service and maintain its availability, except for scheduled and emergency downtime. The User undertakes to use the Service lawfully, not to infringe third-party rights and not to share access with outsiders.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last billing period.
7. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the requirements of 152-FZ and GDPR, including the right to erasure.
8. Term and details
The offer is valid from the moment of publication until it is withdrawn or amended by the Provider. The Provider's details are on the Contacts page.
