Payment & refunds

Here's what and how you pay, how auto-renewal works, and on what terms you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.

What you pay for

Anexica is an online service (SaaS): an embeddable website chat widget, an operator panel and a Telegram channel in one inbox. You pay for a subscription to your chosen plan (Free, Pro, Business or Enterprise).

Plan contents and prices are listed on the Pricing page. A subscription covers one workspace and includes operator seats according to the plan.

Payment methods and currency

We accept bank card payments and invoice payments (for companies and sole proprietors). Currency depends on your region: rubles (₽) via the Russian entity, tenge (₸) via the Kazakhstan entity.

At launch, card and invoice payments are available in rubles (₽). For tenge (₸) and other currencies, contact us and we'll set it up.

Charges and renewal

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (month) using your saved card or an issued invoice. The amount charged matches your plan price on the Pricing page.

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your account — access to paid features remains until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to paid features remains until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

If you paid for a period and did not use the service, contact support — we'll consider a refund for the unused full period. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Opting out and your data

You can unsubscribe and delete your workspace yourself in your account. On request we erase personal data and conversations in line with our privacy policy (152-FZ and GDPR).
